This is Royal Jelly in its natural state. Since it is stored at an ideal temperature from the moment it is harvested, it maintains all its active principles. For a correct preservation, it must be stored at less than 5º C.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Aroma: Slightly sharp.
Flavour: Bitter, acidic.
Aspect: Viscous.
Colour: Creamy white or pale yellow.
