Polyflora honey comes from the nectar of various vegetal species, not one pollen predominates the other as it would in case of monofloral honeys.

Its origin lies in various simultaneous blossoms and therefore its colour and taste are extremely variable, but in general it is a dark amber colour with brown tones and an intense taste.

Its crystallization is also variable.
