Cantueso honey is produced in the South Plateau, Andalusia, and Gerona.

It has a white color, sometimes amber extra clear.

It has a faint floral aroma, not very intense, not very persistent, sometimes with very light camphor notes. Sweet taste, in some cases with slight acid notes.

A slow crystallization, often starting at the bottom and rising in the form of a constellation.
