World Bee Day

Today we join to the #WorldBeeDay celebration, designated by the United Nation’s to raise awareness on the essential role bees plays in keeping all of us and the planet healthy.

We want to share with our community a short video in which we honor their great work and show how we can all contribute to fight daily for the survival of #bees, that are decreasing in number every year.

Today we want to get across 3 important messages about bees:

In the first place, we want to remind that they are a clear example of teamwork. Today more than ever we must take their work as an example; their behaviour and ours have a great impact on our health and on our environment. Therefore, let’s take care of them and take preventive measures to face the current situation.

Secondly, we should raise awareness and encourage our community to gain a better understanding of them, their importance in our ecosystem and how they affect biodiversity, since more than 75% of the world’s food crops depend on their pollination.

Finally, we want to thank the great work of beekeepers and bees taking care of the world and ourselves.

Now it is our turn: we must strengthen their care and raise awareness on the threats they face and their contribution to sustainable development.
